You can start with pouring out your mind. Then correct it later with glorious auto correct they called AI. And always make the prompt to not add anything besides word suggestion.
In case you don't have anything to say or no word comes up on your noodle brain, you probably doing this just to show off to your peers. But atleast you tried I guess.
To start getting into it, maybe try to find something interest to you first, then noted your finding and when you type it out the words will comes up on their own. Just like telling something you'd interested in to your friend but without getting judge.
